Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, except employees (their immediate family members, parents, siblings, children, spouse and persons living in the same household as such employees) of GMB Direct, their affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies. Void where prohibited by law. If you have won a prize within the last 120 days through another GMB Direct  sweepstakes, you are ineligible for this sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ENTRY:
To enter, just visit gmbdirect.com, follow the direction for entry and submit the appropriate information to enter this sweepstakes. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR. YOU ALSO AGREE TO HAVE READ AND BE BOUND TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOUND ON GMBDIRECT.COM. You can enter as often as you like, but only one entry per day.

ALTERNATE ENTRY:
You may also enter the sweepstakes by mailing a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, address and e-mail address to: , GMB Direct, 305 Madison Ave. Suite 449, New York , NY 10165. Each time you write to us you will be entered once in the Sweepstakes. Each postcard must be mailed separately.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 7/1/2006 & ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on 12/31/2006 (“Promotion Period”).

All valid entries will be eligible for the drawing. Multiple e-mail entries from the same day (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM EST) will be disqualified. Sweeps-US.com and its agencies will not be responsible for late, lost, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, jumbled or garbled entries, or for software or hardware malfunctions, network failures, or other technical errors of any kind. In case of dispute, entries will be considered made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry, and will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Photocopied, illegible or incomplete entries are void.  All entries submitted become the exclusive property of Sweeps-US.com and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING:
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be held on or about 1/1/2007 for all eligible entries received. The decisions of the Judge(s) are final. By participating, entrant agrees to the official rules and the judge's decisions. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIVACY NOTICE:
You are providing personally identifiable information at the Contest registration page. By entering the Contest you are agreeing to provide registration information to GMB Direct. All personally identifiable information that is submitted in connection with the Contest shall become the property of Sponsor. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
No prize substitution will be available, except at the sole Discretion of Sweeps-US.com. This prize may  not be transferred. Taxes, etc. are sole responsibility of winner. Prize fulfilled within approximately 30 days of receipt of executed statements and verification of eligibility. Potential winner notified by e-mail on or about 2/15/2007, or potential winner  may be notified by mail for mail-in entries. In the event that an e-mail to a potential winner is returned as undeliverable three (3) times within a seven-day period or a response to a given e-mail is not received within seven (7) days of its issuance, or no response is made within ten (10) days of mailing to a street address, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.. Similarly, if you entered by mail and the notice is returned as undeliverable the prize will be forfeit and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon receipt of response accompanied by mailing address, a Statement of Eligibility will be mailed to the potential winner, that must be signed, witnessed, and returned within (14) days. If we don't receive your response in (14) days and/or you do not meet the qualifications specified in the Statement of Eligibility and Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's permission where permitted by law, to use such individual's name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising/promotional purposes, without notice or further compensation. All unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize are sole responsibility of winner.

Entrant  agrees  not to tamper with the Sweeps-US.com web site or software in any way that would effect the outcome of the sweepstakes. Any tampering will disqualify the entrant from this sweepstakes. The sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damages to entrant or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected, transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor also not responsible for late, mutilated or misdirected mail. By participating, entrant agrees to release Sweeps-US.com, its affiliates, suppliers, agents and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost or expense whatsoever.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal & civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the sweepstakes. In the event the sweepstakes is, in the opinion of the sponsors, compromised by a virus, bugs, non-authorized intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the online portion of the sweepstakes and if the sponsor deems it appropriate, conduct the drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such suspension,  modification or termination and mail-in entries received by Sweepstakes Closing Date.

Any dispute relating to this contest and to these official rules and regulations shall be resolved in and by the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York, USA. Contestants consent irrevocably to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
